Roman, a Kyiv-based artist struggling with alcohol, a collapsing marriage and the prospect of becoming a
father, travels across Europe with his collaborator Viktor to work on a series of video installations reenacting the assassinations of Ukrainian political figures in exile. What begins as an artistic commission gradually turns into a journey through Paris, Rotterdam and Munich, where the boundaries between historical research,
performance and reality become increasingly unstable.
